12/2025 - Miscellaneous Industry Employees Minimum Wage - : The New York State Department of Labor has updated their Miscellaneous Industry Employees Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the minimum wage to $17.00/hour for New York City, Long Island County, and Westchester County, effective January 1, 2026. In addition, for the remainder of New York State, the minimum wage is adjusted to $16.00/hour, effective January 1, 2026.
